In the context of processing on our behalf, a third party provides services for the hosting and display of the website on our behalf. All data collected in connection with the use of this website or on the appropriate forms in the online shop, as indicated below, is processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place in the manner explained here.

2. Data collection and processing for the execution of the agreement

We collect personal data if you provide it to us in the context of your order or if you contact us (e.g. via a contact form or email) and provide us with your information. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in such cases we need the data for the execution of the agreement or for the processing of the contact, and you cannot complete the order or send the contact form without giving it. Exactly what data is collected can be seen in the respective form. We use the information you provide in accordance with art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the settlement of the contract and the processing of your requests. After the full settlement of the agreement, your data will be limited for further processing and will be deleted after all applicable tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we further process the data. data reserved, if permitted by law, and about which we inform you in this statement.

3. Transfer of data

For the settlement of the agreement in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit.b GDPR we pass on your data to the shipping company that has commissioned the delivery, if this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider that you choose in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the settlement of payments to the credit institution and, if necessary. to the payment service providers working on our behalf or to the selected payment service. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect this information themselves, if you create an account there. The same applies to the transfer of data to our producers or wholesalers in cases where they take over the shipment for us (dropshipping).

Data transfer to debt collection companies

To cancel the agreement in accordance with art. 6 paragraph 1 sub b GDPR, we will pass on your details to a recognized collection agency if our payment claim is not met despite a previous reminder. In this case, the claim is collected directly by the collection agency. In addition, the transfer of data serves to protect our predominantly legitimate interests in the context of a balancing of interests in accordance with art. 6 paragraph 1 sub f GDPR.

4. Email newsletter and advertising by mail

Email advertising with subscription to the newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use the necessary or separately entered data so that we can provide you based on your consent in accordance with art. 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, under a GDPR, can regularly send our newsletter.

Our online presence on Facebook, Youtube, Instagram

Our presence on social networks and platforms serves better, active communication with our customers and interested parties. There we inform you about our products and current offers.

When you visit our websites on social media, your data may be automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes. So-called usage profiles are created on the basis of this data using pseudonyms. These can be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that presumably match your interests. Cookies are usually used for this on your end device. The visitor behavior and interests of the users are stored in these cookies.
