1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our web store by consumers or by traders.

2. Contractual partners, concluding the agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded with Raf Siegh.
By presenting the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude an agreement with regard to these articles. You can first place the products in the shopping cart without obligation and at any time correct your choices before placing your binding order, by using the correction options offered and explained in the ordering process. The agreement is concluded by clicking the order button. Clicking the order button implies acceptance of the offer regarding the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after the order has been shipped you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Language of the agreement and storage of the text of the agreement
The language or languages available for the conclusion of the contract: English, Dutch
We save the text of the agreement and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, you can no longer view your previous orders online.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are also charged. You can find information about the shipping costs in the offers.
We ship the goods, the collection of the goods by the customer is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to a PO box address.
5. Payment
In principle, the following payment methods are available in our shop:
PayPal
After placing the order you will be redirected to the website of the online payment service PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via Paypal, you must be registered there or register first, then identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the webshop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is executed automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will be given further instructions during the ordering procedure.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal with an extended withdrawal period of thirty days, as described in the information about the right of withdrawal. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to entrepreneurs.
7. Retention of title
Purchased products remain our property until fully paid.
The following also applies to entrepreneurs: We reserve ownership of the products until all claims based on the ongoing business relationship have been paid. You may use or resell the products delivered under retention of title in the normal course of your business activities; all claims arising from that resale are assigned to you in advance up to the amount of the invoice, irrespective of whether the products supplied subject to retention of title are connected or mixed with another good, and that assignment is accepted by us. You retain the right to collect those claims, but we may also collect those claims ourselves, if and insofar as you fail to meet your payment obligations.
8. Damage during delivery
The following applies to entrepreneurs: The risk of the accidental loss and unintentional deterioration of the product passes to you as soon as we have handed the matter over to the carrier, the freight carrier or the other person or body authorized to perform the shipment.
For consumers: If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must immediately report this damage to the deliverer if possible and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to submit a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, especially as regards your statutory warranty rights. But then you help us to assert our own rights against the freight forwarder or transport insurance.
9. Warranties

We always have unlimited liability for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or our agents
